INFORMACIÓ BÀSICA CURS 2012-2013
Gràcies als programes europeus d’aprenentatge permanent LEONARDO DA VINCI I ERASMUS els alumnes de Formació Professional i dels Programes de Qualificació Professional Inicial poden realitzar una estada formativa a un altre país de la Unió Europea durant el seu període de FCTs.
El centre participa des del curs 2001-2002 en els projectes europeus gestionats per la DGOIFP de la Conselleria d’Educació del Govern Balear, que cada any concedeix als nostres alumnes diverses beques per a fomentar la mobilitat europea dins la Formació Professional.
Des d’aquest any el centre també sol·licita i gestiona beques ERASMUS pels alumnes de CFGS.
PROGRAMA LEONARDO DA VINCI
Aquest va dirigit a alumnes dels CFGM i de PQPI que tenen interès en dur a terme una part de les seves pràctiques (FCT) a l’estranger. En aquest cas, la Conselleria d’Educació defineix els Projectes ILLES BALEARS – LEONARDO DA VINCI.
Amb el projecte actual, ILLES BALEARS 2011, els alumnes de CFGM poden dur a terme una estada de 4 setmanes mentre que pels de PQPI la beca és per a una estada de 2 setmanes. El termini màxim per a la finalització de les estades és el 31-05-12.
L’ajuda econòmica varia en funció de la durada de l’estada i del nivell econòmic del país de destí. També es pot sol·licitar una ajuda complementària si es justifiquen despeses de preparació lingüística (prèvia o en el país de destinació).
PROGRAMA ERASMUS
Des del curs 07-08, els alumnes dels CFGS que vulguin fer una estada formativa a qualsevol país de la UE que formi part del seu període de FCT, ho han de fer a través de Programa Erasmus. Per això, és necessari que l’institut tengui la Carta Europea Erasmus.
Les estades són de mínim 8 setmanes, dins el període de FCT, i l’ajuda econòmica màxima per aquest curs 2012-2013 és de 300 €/4 setmanes.
El nostre centre disposa de 2 beques de 3 mesos. Si hi ha més demanda s’haurà de sol·licitar beques dels projectes FP-ERASMUS que gestiona la Conselleria d’Educació. Aquest curs en principi serà a través del projecte FP-ERASMUS 2012.
Funcionament bàsic
Organització de l’estada dels alumnes:
– L’IES anomena un/a coordinador/a Erasmus i Leonardo i un/a tutor/a de mobilitat per a cada alumne/a o grup d’alumnes (si van a la mateixa empresa en el mateix període). També s’ofereixen classes de preparació lingüística (anglès) pels alumnes interessats els dilluns de 14 a 15 h. Les classes comencen el dilluns dia 15 d’octubre. Els alumnes interessats en assistir-hi ho han de comunicar al seu tutor.
– El/la coordinador/a i/o tutor/a s’encarreguen de gestionar tota la documentació necessària, organitzar els viatges i l’estada i miren de trobar empreses d’acollida on els alumnes puguin fer les pràctiques. Els alumnes també han de participar en el procés de recerca d’empresa, allotjament i organització de l’estada.
– Cada alumne/a ha d’emplenar una sol·licitud de participació i un currículum en l’idioma del país d’acollida.
– Els principals documents són:
- Dades de l’empresa, compromís de participació i designació del tutor/a de l’empresa.
- Acord a signar per la Conselleria, l’IES, l’empresa d’acollida i l’alumne/a
- Programa formatiu
- Informe de l’alumne/a
Altres documents que és important que l’alumne/a prepari abans de l’estada són:
– El DNI ha de ser vigent fins després de la data de tornada.
– Convé també disposar del Passaport, també vigent durant tota l’estada.
– L’alumne/a ha d’endur-se la Targeta de la Seguretat Social i la Targeta Sanitària Europea
Durant la realització de l’estada hi ha d’haver una comunicació contínua entre l’alumne/a, el/la tutor/a del centre i el/la tutor/a de l’empresa d’acollida.
Una vegada finalitzada l’estada l’alumne/a ha de portar el certificat de l’empresa conforme ha realitzat l’estada acordada i es fa una valoració de la mateixa:
– L’alumne/a emplena un informe de valoració personal
– El/la tutor/la del l’IES elabora una memòria i un informe econòmic.
Per a la justificació de les despeses és necessari presentar:
– Factura bitllets d’avió, bitllets i targetes d’embarcament a nom de l’alumne/a
– Factures de transport de l’aeroport a la ciutat d’acollida
– Factures d’allotjament a nom de l’alumne/a
– Factures i tiquets de manutenció
Tota la informació relativa als programes europeus que gestiona la Conselleria d’Eudació la trobareu a la secció de Programes Europeus de la web de la DGOIFP i a la secció de Projectes Europeus de la web del centre www.iespasqualcalbo.cat.
A més, el centre divulga la informació relativa a les estades dels alumnes a través del bloc http://iespasqualcalbo.cat/blocs/europa/.

– treballadors o persones en atur però amb experiència laboral prèvia

- Beques per alumnes de FP de GM i GS, 7 setmanes durant l’estiu 2012
Estudiants de FP o titulats majors de 18 anys i menors de 28.

No està confirmat que surti la convocatòria. Si finalment es convoquen, s’ha de tenir en compte que les sol·licituds normalment s’han de fer entre gener i febrer.
